An 8 year ride for kids

Put an end to Bullying & Adolescent Suicide

In year 3 of this mission, I introduced a bicycle ride to my travels to raise
awareness about issues kids are having to deal with at far too young an age.
Bullying and Adolescent Suicide are two of these challenging burdens most kids
will unfairly have to overcome throughout the remainder of their lives. At rides
end we will have ridden enough miles to traveled the perimeter of the earth, twice.
My mission on this ride has but one focus: To save kids lives.

Taking Over All the Beds

August 20th, 2017

8-20

Bogart has 5 of his own beds on the Kindness Bus, you will never guess whose bed he has now claimed as his 6th during his recuperation. For all Bogart does he certainly deserves to be pampered as much as he desires. #Kindness #BostonTerrier

One More Act of Kindness

August 19th, 2017

8-19

In response to all the negative news lately, try to do one extra act of kindness today and every day going forward. Take note after time how kindness is starting to change your life for the better. #BeTheChangeYouWishToSeeInTheWorld #OneMillionActsOfKindness

Jackson Hole Two Step

August 18th, 2017

8-18

Bogart loves to make children dance with delight. Elias from Scottsdale did a little “two step” when he saw Bogart. He loves Boston terriers so much that he even has one on his shirt.

Back in Jackson Hole

August 17th, 2017

8-17

Bogart is chilling in Jackson Hole while we wait for the Kindness Bus repairs to be finished later today. I can think of few places I’d rather be.

Teton Pass

August 16th, 2017

8-16

Bogart is enjoying the view from the top of Teton Pass, Wyoming. We have returned to pick up the repaired Kindness Bus in Jackson Hole, Wyoming. The sun is helping to heal Bogart’s eye socket. He doesn’t seem fazed at having only one eye and seems to be adapting wonderfully.

Care Package

August 15th, 2017

8-15

Thank you to David and Paula from the Seattle, Washington area for coming out and delivering a wonderful care package for Bogart and of course a few items for me as well. We were supposed to stay with David and Paula, but with Bogart’s operation we convalesced in a local hotel.

I’m So Sorry Bogart

August 14th, 2017

8-14

Bogart had to have his left eye removed, there was no way to graft or save it. I just picked him up from the veterinarian and his good spirits are amazing to me. We are going to take it very easy for the next month or so to help him heal up as well as he can. Thank you to everyone for the prayers and well-wishes.
