An 8 year ride for kids

Put an end to Bullying & Adolescent Suicide

In year 3 of this mission, I introduced a bicycle ride to my travels to raise
awareness about issues kids are having to deal with at far too young an age.
Bullying and Adolescent Suicide are two of these challenging burdens most kids
will unfairly have to overcome throughout the remainder of their lives. At rides
end we will have ridden enough miles to traveled the perimeter of the earth, twice.
My mission on this ride has but one focus: To save kids lives.

One More Time

I was so honored to be able to meet with the great team at the Kindness Offensive in London, that I had to go back one more time. They had had an outing the night previous which lasted well into the early morning hours. I arrived before they woke but found that seeing the Kindness Bicycle on their front porch made for a beautiful photo. Our missions have a good deal of overlap and we will be in touch over the long haul. I can’t wait to return, three years from now.

With a broken leg and all, Dylan from Crouch End, London, still took the time to talk with the “man on the cool bike!”
Thank you Dylan.

Crouch End, London

Visiting north London has been one of my favorite stopping off points during my stay in the UK. Crouch End is one of those places. The neighborhoods bustle with all sorts of wonderful people. The Nicholson family has been a huge help during my stays here.
Thank you Jonathan, Chris, Imogen and Flora for your huge acts of kindness and generosity.

The Kindness Offensive

The Kindness Offensive is a UK charity that brings together large groups to accomplish major acts of kindness.
I had the honor to spend a 24 hour chunk of time with this very busy group of young men who have decided to give their lives to make our world a better place.

The words on their website sum up perfectly, what their objective is:

Our aims are to have fun, be kind and inspire as many people as possible to do the same. Performing both small and large-scale Random Acts of Kindness is what we do.

It’s a great privilege to be able to work together with so many kind volunteers, companies and charities to make so many people happy.

Thank you to, David, Rob, James, James and James for making me their guest of honor and for presenting me with a kindnessOffensive gold medal for service.

London Skatepark

Suliaman and Sam along with a much larger contingency of boarders stopped doing their ariels, at this north London park to find out about the Kindness Bicycle. There has been a big interest amongst teens all across London in these messages. The need for them is the same across the globe.

Thailand

Malee and Chelsea from Thailand came halfway around the world to see their “favorite thing in London thus far.” The Kindness Bicycle is certainly having a global impact.
Perhaps all world leaders should be forwarded the importance of its messages.
