Two brothers from New Jersey stopped in their tracks when the Kindness Bicycle came into view.
Everyone should get this excited about kindness!

Any family, collectively, can perform One Million Acts of Kindness by the time the kids head off to college. Please have every member of your family get involved in a lifetime goal of kindness.

Two years ago, when Alex Sheen’s father passed away, Alex was inspired to honor his father by living the mantra his father embraced, keeping your promises, by always doing what you say you are going to do. Alex started a campaign called, “Because I Said I Would.”
I was able to meet with Alex at his Lakewood, Ohio headquarters. This incredible organization has now inspired millions of people to live by Alex’s dad’s mantra.

Back on US soil and ready to catch up on visiting family and friends, one of my first stops was to visit my sons, Alex and Peter. Bogart, for the first time was able to meet Toots, Peter’s dog. Toots, in her short two years, has had both rear legs medically repaired. She has been unable to play or run until today.
One of the greatest compliments I have ever received was from a woman in London who was walking by with her daughter while I was getting on the Kindness Bicycle for my daily ride. Interested in the large One Million Acts of Kindness logo on the back of my jacket, the girl asked her mom what the logo meant. The mother replied, “He is a man of peace.”

Monica and John of London are the owners of Happy a Norfolk Terrier. I spent a few weeks caring for Happy while her owners were away.
It was a joy to have a dog in my life while away from Bogart. This nine month old has been trained by Monica and John to do all sorts of fun tricks, my favorite is when Monica says “shy” and Happy lays down and covers her eyes with her paws.
Thank you to this caring, young couple for helping in a very HUGE way to make my visit to London much easier.
