The students and educators at Moreland Hills School in Orange, Ohio invited us to talk with them about how important it is to be kind as an individual in your school community, your neighborhood, your friends, and your family as often as you can. Thank you Ashley for talking with me about how important it is that we should support each other when we are in need of comfort in our lives. You never know, you just may save a life.

We had such a good time talking to and visiting the students at Saint Paschal Baylon PSR evening class. I have never been asked so many questions after I talked which shows me the very big interest on the part of the children.

For the past 8+ years, my friend Tim has posted all 2,217 blogs on www.onemillionactsofkindness.com His altruistic actions are a lesson to everyone and the 2,217 blogs document our travels and make good reading. Even though he doesn’t want any thanks, hats off for Tim.

Far and away the biggest gift I receive because of what I do is being able to witness firsthand the incredible love a family has for each other. DeLaney has a rare disability called 4P- or Wolf-Hirschorn. The love this family has would fill your heart and bring tears of joy to your eyes. Sharing in this moment was such a beautiful gift to me. Thank you to the Horen family for driving from Toledo to meet with us.

Two of my favorite walkers in the Alzheimer’s walk today in Cleveland, Ohio: were my sisters, Mary Jane and Tina. They were thrilled to participate in today’s event because of losing a father and another sister from this disease.

Thank you to everyone at the Fred Rogers Center on the grounds of St. Vincent College in Latrobe, Pennsylvania. I was so honored to be able to talk to students from the St. Vincent campus. They are involved in putting an end to bullying.
