A little over a year ago, I began a program to promote kindness as a goal to Girl Scout troops across the United States. It is a grassroots effort, one troop at a time. This initiative is growing slowly but steadily troop by troop.
I will now extend this same initiative to include the Boy Scouts. If you have any affiliation with the Boy Scouts or Girl Scouts, please contact me.
Kindness always,
Bob Votruba and Bogart too!!

Trunks of cars filled with candy and decorations were in the rear parking lot of Saint John the Evangelist church. The Blue Bird of Kindness and the Kindness Bicycle were the center of attraction as kids in costumes received handfuls of candy and parents received a kindness flyer about our travels.
A very big thank you to Family Mission Director, Jean-Paul for the wonderful invite.

It’s always good to look back on life, if only to reminisce. In rolling through some of the thousands of photos I have from the nearly six years of One Million Acts of Kindness, I came across this gem from April 2009.
