One guy “pitching” kindness and another guy “pitching” baseballs and kindness. Baseball all-star phenom, Bob Feller lived just down the road from me for 20 years. I always admired this man who would show up out of nowhere to talk with the little-leaguers. He was a very big man with a very big heart of kindness.
I spent the better part of the day in downtown Cleveland “pitching” kindness and couldn’t help but stop by his bronze statue outside of Cleveland Indians stadium. Days don’t get much better than this.
