Driving down the I-95 corridor last evening it was apparent that that there would be loads of damage in Savannah. I got into Savannah right as evening crowds started to fill the streets of this beautiful town. Luckily, very little damage happened in the downtown area. Sure there were many branches and limbs that had fallen but I only saw one tree of historic value that had fallen. It was such a relief that for the most part, Savannah was spared.
The annual film festival takes place this week and I am lucky to be here during the celebration. Bogart is always dressed for a formal party and he fits right in with all the men in their tuxedoes and women in their formal gowns.
