Blessed to be with my two sons on Father’s Day yesterday. I also had a wonderful conversation with my daughter who is halfway across the United States.

Donning my Habitat for Humanity hard hat I connected with several hundred people at Edgewater Park in Cleveland, Ohio this morning. It was great to see so many families, young professionals, senior citizens and of course dogs at this event. I love riding a 5K on a bike it’s a lot easier on my knees than running.
