This was one of those days where there just aren’t enough hours in the day. It all started off at a casual pace until I was told, that no way could I come to Gainesville and not go to the Wednesday Farmer’s Market. This advice offered by Oriya was spot on. Oriya showed up out of nowhere to admire the bus and after talking with her, I felt like one of the locals. She was a wealth of information. While talking with her, it dawned on me that I was to do a live interview with Growing Bolder Radio Show which is based out of Orlando. I rushed off to get to a quiet area in town to do a remote conference call. What a blast the interview was, I enjoyed being questioned by two interviewers at once, while they peppered me with questions. My visit to UF, although on the short side, was well worth the time spent, as we worked the main entrance area and had conversations with nearly everyone who passed our way. We headed to the Farmer’s Market in the downtown region of Gainesville, Oriya gave us valuable information as where to park. What a great mix of people. The Kindness Bus Tour, needless to say, was the talk of the town this pleasant north Florida day. A full day of promoting kindness, packed into twelve hours.
I saw this bus in Gainsville, Fl and it literally made my day. Not only did it make me smile, it gave me the insite to try to spread as much kindness in the lives of others around me for the rest of the day. This orginazition is one of the best I’ve seen in a while.
