In the movie Groundhog’s Day, everything remains the same from one day to the next. With Bogart on The Kindness Bus Tour, every day is a new experience. Nothing is ever the same. Bogart has been the star on this tour from day one. From trying to climb trees after squirrels to trying to order his own burger at the Mc Donald’s drive-thru. Bogart is a rock star wherever we travel. He is the auto invitation to everyone’s soirée. A lot of the success of One Million Acts of Kindness is due to Bogart. He makes visiting schools a pleasure. Half of the people, who come to talk to me, initially come because of Bogart. He seems to know the importance of this mission or maybe he is just posturing for that burger on our next trip through the drive-thru.

Bogart Saw His Shadow
Tuesday, February 2nd, 2010Don’t Forget Haiti
Monday, February 1st, 2010Almost three weeks has passed and news coverage is beginning to wane on the plight of the Haitian people. It is so easy to forget about events if they aren’t front and center in our lives. We need to be constantly reminded of the daily suffering of the people of Haiti, to remember to keep giving when we can. Financial times are getting tougher as each day passes, but nothing in comparison to what people are having to live through. This is an opportunity for many of you to help others in a big way. Move out of your comfort zone and start a new life in humanitarian aid.
